If your Y99 is not loading/ opening which rarely happens for anyone, you may take the below steps to resolve the problem.
- Use another browser to login to Y99. Examples of browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Edge, etc.
- If you have a VPN app, turn it on to see if it fixes the loading problem.
- Sometimes, VPNs might be the cause behind the issue. If so, try switching your VPN off for a while.
- Try clearing the cache of your browser. To clear the cache, you need to goto the page where you clear your browser’s history from.
- Try using incognito/ private mode of your browser. This mode helps you temporarily get a clean browser (cookies and cache are gone).

Hello Shakun, you should be able to see a list of your conversations in MESSAGES tab. If you accidentally hid a conversation, you can still search for a username to continue the conversation again.
